Section 7AAA Girls Basketball Quarterfinal – Hawks (16-8) host Duluth Denfeld (5-21), 6 p.m. Game Notes: The Hawks are the second seed, and the Hunters are seeded sixth. Hermantown blitzed Duluth Denfeld by 24 points in their only meeting during the regular season. Rock Ridge is the top seed in 7AAA. Quarterfinal winners advance to the semifinals on Saturday, at the site of the highest seed. The 7AAA final is March 6 at Duluth Denfeld. The Hawks are led by junior guard Bailey Hermanson and senior center Olivia Johnson.
